Following up on the request for UoF Introduction during UoF Workshop in PDAM Kota Palembang, the World Bank pleased to inform you that we are going to conduct the 2nd UoF Workshop for PDAM Tirta Wening, which will be held with following details:

The objective of this workshop is to help PDAM in assessing their current performance, identify their vision and desired level of performance, and identify and plan the actions to improve their performance, using the World Bank’s Utility of the Future tool version 2.0.

The World Bank appreciate that you have established the UoF team consists of representations of the relevant unit in PDAM prior to the workshop occurrence. We hope the established team can utilize the UoF tools to conduct self-assessment and use the results to identify the immediate and medium-term action plan as guidance toward a world class utility.
